Since 2018 we have worked tirelessly to provide exceptional service and be one of the leading mobile valeting services in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Our results speak for themselves, all we ask in return is that you read and respect our policies & terms of business. In return, we will always deliver what we promise.

CK Valeting and Detailing are a mobile service which serves at your home or workplace. We provide our own water and cover for light rain.  

If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or any other substances, additional charges will apply. If you have any of the above stated please send a couple of photos so that we can provide you with a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated before any work commences on your vehicle.

For insurance reasons, as well as my own safety & vehicle safety, we ask for a safe and accessible work area, we can not work in any pay & display car parks. If your home or work address does fall under any of the noted locations, please contact us as we are always willing to help provide alternative solutions.

We require a small deposit for all first time bookings. Other work IE, machine polishing, Ceramic Coatings or paint correction will require a 30% of total price deposit 

All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, any cancellation before this time will have a chance to be rescheduled for another date and time
We cannot control the weather or other “acts of God”. If we do need to rearrange your valet we will try our very hardest for it to be within 7 days of the original booking.

Within 24 hours notice, we will always accept a change of location or vehicle providing it is within our working parameters and falls under our terms and conditions and also new pricing for vehicle changes.

Any cancellations on the day of your valet will be charged at 100% of the total cost as I will not be able to arrange any more work that day. An invoice will be posted to the address the valet is due to take place at, failing to pay will result in legal action being taken.
